Beginning Beekeeper Workshop

Do you think you would like to be a beekeeper? Whether you are just thinking about it or already have a hive or two and want to learn more about over-wintering, pest control, honey harvesting, selling and using hive products, this short course is made for you. We will cover necessary equipment, how to order bees, the cost, how to maintain a hive, and learn to identify problems. Winter is the perfect time to begin thinking about your beekeeping future, which could start this spring with your first hive. Cost is $10.00 per person.
