Family Youth S.T.E.M. Night

  • Thursday, October 26, 2017, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

4‑H National Youth Science Day (NYSD) is the world's largest youth-led science experiment. Every year thousands of youth take part in the National Science Challenge focusing on important STEM topics and issues. This year's 4‑H NYSD event will take place on October 4, 2017. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to celebrate on that day, however, we still want families to get out there and learn! Families are welcome to stop by anytime between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm to participate in fun, hands-on activities that have been featured in past NYSD events. Experiments include, but are not limited to, building rockets, marshmallow launchers, paper airplanes, magnetic cars, and more! This event will be open to all school aged children and is a great way to get the whole family thinking about science in a fun way! There is no cost and no need to register.
