Nutritious, Local and Seasonable Meal Preparation

Learn to prepare a nutritious and delicious meal utilizing local, in-season produce. The evening begins with a discussion of what makes a food nutritious, followed by the preparation of a three-course meal.It wraps up with participants enjoying the meal they just helped prepare.
